The Kai contemporizes the look of a traditional square frame. Made of shatter-resistant, lightweight polycarbonate, the frames feature premium metal hinges, and they are molded around the ears to provide a comfortable fit. The lenses provide UV400 protection from the harmful rays of the sun, plus they are polarized to block glare from reflective surfaces. These unisex sunglasses complement a variety of facial shapes, and they fit virtually all faces from small to large.

Jennifer personally designs each unique ZAGS® pattern finding inspiration in the coastal surroundings of her home in Charleston, SC and in the colors and patterns she observes when traveling. Her colorful designs are then converted into a digital file that can be used for printing the design on ZAGS®' UPF 50+ fabric.
The designs are transferred to the fabrics using a technology called sublimation (it's so cool y'all!). After the fabrics are printed with the designs, they are sent to our local South Carolina seamstresses to finish the construction of the garments. Finally, they arrive at our fulfillment center in Charleston to be shipped to you! We're so proud that each step in our production process takes place right here in South Carolina. We can't wait for you to try it on!
